We are a family business set up out of a love for food, and originally as a hobby. 

People
I'm Richard Corrie the director of the business (and chief fryer) I have help from my parents; mum Pauline is company secretary and chief wrapper!  Bryce is the name of our first fiand & chip van, a 1991 Mercedes, a little rusty in the appearance department but with a real heart and spirit that kept us on the road for over a year. We bought our new van, designed and fitted out to our own specifications, in September 2006 and we hope this will keep us on the road for many years to come. The company is a family enterprise.

Bryce's Chippy was launched in 2005 re-launching as Bryce's Catering Limited in 2006!  As the business continues to grow our goal is to provide quality food to people for many years to come.  All of this with friendly service with a smile.
